Contacting Mitch
When you submit an enquiry, the details you enter are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to mitch@m1wellington.com. This includes your name, email, optional phone number, property information and message. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days. Mitch uses your details to respond to your enquiry; submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing. You can also contact Mitch directly at mitch@m1wellington.com or 226-821-4428.
Only include information you are comfortable sending by email. Please do not include identity documents, banking details or other sensitive documents in an initial enquiry.
External services
This website displays M1 brokerage listings supplied through REALTOR.ca DDF® and links to REALTOR.ca, Instagram, Facebook and individual Google reviews. Listing photos and the REALTOR.ca badge are delivered by external services, which receive the network information needed to display them. Those services have their own privacy policies and terms. Contact forms use FormSubmit’s delivery service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver them. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve and secure the website.
Property listings and views
Listings cover properties for sale across all offices included in M1’s brokerage feed. Data may change between updates. Please confirm prices, details and availability with Mitch. When you open a property’s details on this website, its listing identifier is sent to this website’s server to report a listing view to REALTOR.ca DDF®. A randomly generated visitor identifier is stored in a first-party cookie for up to one year and included with these view reports so CREA can distinguish visits. The view report does not include the name or email you enter in an enquiry form. External services and the hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service.
The savings calculator
The calculator runs in your browser. It compares a 1% listing-side fee against the example listing-side rate you select. It excludes applicable taxes, buyer-side remuneration and other costs. It is an illustration, not a quotation, property valuation or guarantee. Commission rates and services should be discussed and agreed with Mitch.
Sale highlights and reviews
Recent-sale and Google-review snapshots are refreshed every two weeks. New sale highlights use verified firm sales represented by Mitch on the listing side, comparing the actual listing-side fee with a 2.5% example fee, including HST. Earlier highlights retain the historical savings reported by Mitch. Buyer-side remuneration and other selling costs are excluded. Historical results are not a promise of future performance, and these properties are not active listings. The review snapshot contains up to six reviews in Google’s Newest order, without filtering by rating, with the last check date shown. Longer reviews are shown as short attributed excerpts linking to the full review. Selected historical excerpts may appear until a verified snapshot is available.
